Industry: Architecture + Construction (Design-Build / Development-Focused)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly motivated professional to join our integrated architecture and construction team. This role blends marketing, business development, and real estate opportunity sourcing, making it ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys building relationships, and has an eye for identifying deals and project potential.
The ideal candidate will represent the firm in both professional and social settings, actively pursue new work, and help identify real estate opportunities that align with our design-build and development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary ambassador for the firm, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and industry partners
Actively participate in networking events, client meetings, industry functions, lunches, golf outings, and social engagements
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online databases, procurement platforms, and industry networks
Prepare, coordinate, and submit RFQs, RFPs, and design-build proposals in collaboration with internal teams
Source and evaluate potential real estate opportunities, including off-market deals, redevelopment sites, and strategic acquisitions
Build relationships with brokers, property owners, and developers to uncover new project opportunities
Assist in due diligence efforts for potential development projects
Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business development goals
Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content aligned with brand identity
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and project narratives
Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions to support strategic growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, real estate, or a related role (AEC industry preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
Experience preparing RFQs/RFPs and navigating procurement platforms is highly desirable
Familiarity with real estate markets, site selection, and development processes is a strong plus
Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) is highly preferred
Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines
