Countryman & Co

Countryman & Co. was founded as a company of professionals dedicated to enhancing the architectural and urban environment. We work directly with owners, facilities managers, and developers, to solve problems, improve operations, and elevate daily experiences – through architecture. Our work is thoughtful, detailed, and when it’s important, design conscious. Our firm restored, and offices out of, Trost & Trost’s oldest and only load-bearing brick building in downtown El Paso, located at 108 South Stanton. We specialize in Institutional, Educational, Healthcare and Commercial Architecture.

Dekker Perich Sabatini

Dekker Perich Sabatini (DPS) is a 65+ year old architectural and engineering design firm with offices in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. DPS has two major offices in the Lone Star State - one in the fast-growing downtown of El Paso and another in the heart of downtown Amarillo. Our architects, interior designers, planners, engineers, and landscape architects offer our Texas communities not only a unique perspective on design, but also the highest standard of client services and engagement.

Exigo Architecture

Exigo is a leading multidisciplinary firm, with deep roots in El Paso, dedicated to engaging with the built environment through architecture. Established in 2006, Exigo offers services in architectural design, master planning, and interior design to create physical spaces that have a meaningful impact on its occupants.

Exigo is a woman-owned firm consisting of 16 professionals, including four licensed architects. Eugenio Mesta, Exigo’s President and Lead Designer, has over 35 years of experience encompassing a wide range of project types, including higher education and master planning. Collaboratively, our team strives to create thoughtful and sustainable solutions for every distinct project, regardless of size or type.

InSitu has served the El Paso region since 2011 - bringing contemporary designs solutions to difficult design challenges and building programs. Situated in the heart of downtown, InSitu specializes in adaptive reuse and preservation of historic structure.

Materia Architecture Studio

MAS is a multi-disciplinary architecture studio founded in 2018 and based in the border cities of El Paso Texas and Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua focused on the design and construction of commercial and residential projects across a wide range of scales and typologies.

The studio is heavily invested in direct cooperation and collaboration with other designers, clients, consultants and contractors. We believe that working closely with other designers and consultants in a studio environment during the creative process our collaborators are empowered to have more ownership and design input on projects by leveraging the diversity of ideas and providing the greatest impact.

We place a strong focus on context and sense of place while incorporating new technologies and sustainable principles for the benefit of the built environment while striving to create architecture that through the creative use of space, materiality and light enhances the experience of the people that engage with our designs and exceeds our client’s expectations.

Mijares-Mora Architects, Inc., previously The Mijares Group was founded in 1994 as a sole proprietorship by H. L. “Bert” Mijares, Jr, to engage in the general practice of architecture and planning in the State of Texas. In 2001, Jorge L. Mora was named Principal of the firm, and the firm’s name was changed to Mijares-Mora Architects, Inc.
